Introducing to the Small Software Vendors in India

I am starting my first blog. In this blog I would like to discuss and focus about the group of Small Software Vendors(SSV) who cater mainly(80% or more) to their clients in India, servicing a certain niche business segments and providing them with customized software.
Right now getting and retaining quality professionals has become a major issue for this community of SSVs in India.

SSVs are unable to match the salary scales offered by Medium and big companies.How to find a solution to this and other similar issues is my prime agenda in this blog. First of all I would like to find out what is ailing the SSVs in India.
